PHASE 01
Base / Underground
The first phase of your plumbing system — installed right from the start, because everything else builds on it.
PHASE 02
Top Out / Rough-In
After framing and ductwork: drain, waste, vent, water and gas piping using copper & PEX, PVC Schedule 40 DWV and black iron gas pipe.
PHASE 03
Trim / Finish
Once cabinets, counters, flooring and tile are set, we finalize the install — setting every fixture up to code.
